一款不开火的快手料理,只需要用电饭锅煮一锅米饭,然后拌一拌、捏一捏就搞定了。
简单的食材,却搭配出了惊喜的味道。
作为早餐、便当、简餐或是露营携带的小零食都非常合适。
A quick and easy no-cook recipe — all you need is a rice cooker, then just mix, shape, and you’re done!
Simple ingredients, but surprisingly tasty.
Perfect for breakfast, lunchboxes, a light meal, or even as a snack to take on the go or when camping.
🥣 材料(7个饭团):
120克金枪鱼,120克韩式泡菜。
250克米饭,25克拌饭海苔。
🥣 Ingredients (7 rice balls):
120g of tuna, 120g of kimchi, 250g of cooked rice, 25g of seasoned seaweed flakes.
📝做法:
1. 一罐水浸金枪鱼,沥干水分(共120克鱼肉)。
‼️如果不介意热量,可以用油浸金枪鱼或是美乃滋金枪鱼。
2. 加入等量的韩式泡菜,抓拌均匀。
‼️我没有再额外添加任何的调味料,因为我觉得这个泡菜的调味已经足够。
‼️你也可以拌匀后尝一下味道,然后按自己的喜好调整。
3. 250克米饭加入25克拌饭海苔,抓匀。
‼️涂抹少许的香油,可以防止米饭粘在手上。
4. 米饭和拌饭海苔抓匀以后,拿取适量包裹住一份金枪鱼泡菜馅,饭团就做好了。
‼️如果在减脂期的话,可以用部分的糙米或是藜麦来代替米饭。
📝Methods:
1. 1 can of tuna in water (about 120g after draining).
‼️If you don’t mind the extra calories, oil-packed or mayo-mixed tuna will give it a richer flavor
2. Mix it with 120g of kimchi.
‼️I didn’t add any extra seasoning since the kimchi’s flavor is enough.
‼️You can taste it after mixing and adjust if needed.
3. 250g of cooked rice mix with 25g of seasoned seaweed flakes.
‼️Rub a little sesame oil on your hands to keep the rice from sticking.
4. Take a small portion of rice and wrap it around the tuna-kimchi filling and the rice ball is done.
‼️If you’re on a diet or trying to eat lighter, you can swap some of the white rice for brown rice or quinoa for extra fiber and nutrients.
