Choosing Your Wax Finish Colour On Handcrafted Made-to-Order Furniture, Wooden Shelves and Mantels

We handcraft all our furniture and shelves in our workshop in the North East of England.

Each piece is made-to-order with customers able to select the colour of their piece of furniture, shelf or mantel from our range of wax colours.

The wax finishes are professionally applied by hand in our workshop.
-Our pine shelves, mantels and furniture come in a choice of 5 wax finishes, Walnut, Teak, Smoke Pine, Medium Oak and Rustic Pine.
-Our oak shelves and mantels, come in a choice between two finishes, English or Smoke oak. However, you may choose the Natural Oak option, keeping the oak unwaxed to show off its natural charm.

Why wax? Wax makes the timber look good and is very durable, they are easy to use and cheap to repair as opposed to other finishes.
