Bridger Gets Braces, Prepping for an Expander

Bridger, who is 13 has a turn for braces. You may notice that he didn't get a wire on top. That is because this orthodontist wants to wait until he is finished with the expander. The spacers that was put in between his molars are to make space for the expander in a few weeks. This orthodontist does things different than what we're used to. But without the wire up top, it will ensure that the top teeth open up enough to create the U shape instead of the V shape Bridger currently has. He is projected to have braces on for 2 years. The major fixes that will be happening will be for his overbite, crossbite and to open up his upper jaw. His bottom teeth are pretty straight. He will have his wisdom teeth removed in a few years as well.
