In this video I will show you how to install your first row of flooring. Once installed we will discuss how not to use patterns when installing the flooring. Expansion and contraction joints are very important and will also be discussed. The use of the miter saw and circular saw along with the jig saw will be discussed and used to show you how to cut the real hardwood flooring before it is correctly installed.
Installing hardwood flooring will require a pneumatic flooring nailer to help ease the installation process. We will discuss and show the use of this nailer along with the proper gauge of nail that will need to be used.
