Flavoured Nuts Class 2 | Diwali Special Recipes | Manisha Bharani Kitchen
Coffee Caramel Makhana
Ingredients:
1 Cup Roasted Foxnuts/Makhana
¼ Cup Condensed Milk
½ TBSP Coffee Powder
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
Method;
Place a silicon mat on a baking tray and put the Roasted Foxnuts on it.
Now coat Condensed Milk, Coffee Powder and Brown Sugar on the Foxnuts.
Bake the Foxnuts for 4- 5 minutes on 180 degrees.
After 5 minutes take the Foxnuts/Makhanas and add some more Brown Sugar to it.
After cooling down the Makhanas are ready to serve!
Gud Channa
Ingredients:
1 Cup Roasted Channa
1 TBSP Honey
¼ Cup Jaggery Powder
Method;
Take a baking tray and place a butter paper in it.
Add 1 Cup of Roasted Channa on it.
Add Honey to it and mix the ingredients well.
Now, put the Channa in the oven and bake them for 5 minutes on 180 degrees.
After Baking, add jaggery powder and mix the ingredients well.
The Gud Channas are ready to serve!
Gulkand Makhana
Ingredients:
1Cup Roasted Foxnuts/Makhana
2 TBSP Gulkand
1 TBSP Honey
Red Food Color
¼ Cup Castor Sugar
1 TBSP Pistachio pieces
1 TBSP Melon Seeds
1.5 TBSP Almond pieces
Method;
Place a silicon mat on a baking tray and put the Roasted Foxnuts on it.
Now coat the Gulkand, Honey and Red Food Colour on the Foxnuts.
Bake the Foxnuts for 5 minutes on 180 degrees.
After 5 minutes mix the Foxnuts/Makhanas well and coat Castor Sugar on it.
After cooling down, Garnish the Makhanas with Pistachios, Melon Seeds and Almonds.
Now, the Makhanas are ready to serve!
Honey chilli Cashew
Ingredients:
1 Cup Roasted Cashew
2 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP Chili Flakes
1TSP Oregano
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Method:
Take a baking tray and place a silicone sheet on it.
Now add the Almonds to it.
Add honey to the almonds and mix the ingredients well and put them to bake for 5 minutes on 180 degrees.
After 5 minutes, add Chilli flakes,Oregano and mix the ingredients well.
Now, coat brown sugar to the Cashews well.
After cooling down, the Honey Chilli Cashew is ready to serve.
Jain Taco Seasoning Makhanas
Ingredients:
1Cup Roasted Foxnuts/Makhana
1.5 TBSP Jain Tomato Ketchup
1 TBSP Jain Taco Seasoning
Method;
Take a plate and add the Roasted Foxnuts to it.
Now coat Jain Tomato Ketchup and Jain Taco Seasoning on the Foxnuts.
Place a silicon mat on a baking tray and put the Foxnuts on it.
Bake the Foxnuts for 5 minutes on 180 degrees.
After cooling down the Makhanas are ready to serve!
Khus Makhana
Ingredients:
1 Cup Roasted Foxnuts/Makhana
1 TBSP Khus Syrup
Green Food Color
¼ Cup Castor Sugar
Method;
Place a silicon mat on a baking tray and put the Roasted Foxnuts on it.
Now coat the Khus Syrup and Green Food Colour on the Foxnuts.
Bake the Foxnuts for 5 minutes on 180 degrees.
After 5 minutes mix the Foxnuts/Makhanas well and add Castor Sugar to it.
After cooling down the Makhanas are ready to serve!
Mix Fruit Almonds
Ingredients:
½ Cup Roasted Almonds
1½ Mix Fruit Jam
¼ Cup Castor Sugar
Nimbu Achari Makhana
Ingredients:
1Cup Roasted Foxnuts/Makhana
1 TBSP Lemon Pickle (NImbu Achar)
Orange Flavoured Cashew
Ingredients:
1 Cup Roasted Cashew
1 TBSP Orange Crush
Orange Gel Color
1/8 Cup Castor Sugar
Paan Raisins (Kismis)
Ingredients:
¼ Cup Paan Mukhwas
¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
Green food Color
1 Cup Raisins (kismis)
2 TBSP Tutti-Frutti
Method;
Take some Calcutta Pan Mukhwas and grind it in mixer to form powder.
Now add powdered sugar to the mixture and mix it well.
Now, put the Raisins in the baking tray and add some Green Food Color to it.
Bake them in the oven for 4 minutes on 180 degrees.
After Baking, add the mixture prepared above and mix the ingredients well.
Now add some tutti-frutti and mix the ingredients well.
The Paan Kismis are ready to serve!
