Hollywood film producer Riza Aziz, the son of former prime minister Najib Razak, was questioned at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) today in connection with the ongoing investigation into state investment fund 1MDB.
He arrived at the MACC headquarters here at 1.30pm with his lawyer K Kumaraendran.
Media reports have linked Riza’s US-based company, Red Granite, to money allegedly siphoned from 1MDB.
His questioning by the commission comes nearly a month after his mother Rosmah Mansor was questioned by the MACC.
