Ingredients:
2 cup Lotus seeds
½ cup ghee
¼ cup grated coconut
2 tbsp charoli seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds
1 tsp pistachio
20 almonds
20 cashews
20-25 resins
200 g khoya ( 1 cup )
250 g vermicelli ( 5 cup )
1 cup hot milk ( 250 ml )
4-5 green cardamom
4-4 cloves
3 or 3½ cup sugar ( 750g )(as per taste)
2 cup water
food color
2 tsp kewra water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
