As we approach the end of the Reliving The War series, every episode of WWF SmackDown will get covered on the Road To WrestleMania X7. This is the first of these episodes that covers the journey of multiple superstars as they head to the WWF's biggest show of the year.

The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin kick the show off by confronting Kurt Angle. Angle challenges either man to face him in the ring, so Mr. McMahon decides to book Kurt against Stone Cold in our main event while The Rock has to defend his WWF Championship against a worthy opponent; William Regal. Elsewhere on the show The Radicalz seem to regroup when Eddie Guerrero looks out for his fellow teammate when Chris Benoit faces X-Pac, Val Venis confesses his sins to the Right To Censor, and the Brothers of Destruction team up with D-Von Dudley to face Haku, Rikishi and Christian.
