Fast & Easy Method for Removing Satellite Trails from Deep Space Images

If your deep space images are filled with satellite trails, you'll want to know this easy fix!
First, load up your photos in PixInsight's WBPP script. Then go to the Lights tab and look for "Integration Parameters". Change the Rejection Algorithm to "Winsorized Sigma Clipping". Next, lower the "Sigma High" value to around 1.9. Finally, set Large Scale Pixel Rejection to "High".
That's all there is to it! You can stack your photos and PixInsight will remove the satellite trails. Of course, you'll want to capture as much data as possible for the best result.
