The ifo Institute in Munich

The ifo looks back on a 70-year history, which also shapes the institute's path into the future. Excellent research has always been the starting point for our activities. It provides the material with which we would like to significantly shape the discourse on relevant topics in science and in the public domain - hence our claim "Shaping the Economic Debate". Without the people at the ifo Institute, its supporters and its committees, it would not be possible to fulfill this mission.
