This is the first level of Rock on! Island done with no lives lost, for the Cherry Clear. I hope you find these useful, or at least entertaining!
This level should be pretty easy. Get some weapon upgrades, get some spears with some fires, and you should be good to go. This level is also good for practicing doing tower placement/upgrades during the wave, since it's so long and wraps back on itself.
Since this is the first video, here are some of my personal tips if you're struggling:
If you don't already know, two fires next to a chicken will cook it in a single turn, giving a net +20 meat per wave per chicken. I call these chicken engines. Finding the right time to invest in one is a critical part of earning the Cherry, since you definitely want to set one up eventually, but often times, the early waves are the most difficult to clear without any leaking through.
Spears are fantastic power for their value. One or two spears + a bonfire between them can handle more than you probably think. I believe spear 1 with a single bonfire can oneshot a tiger, but I might be wrong on that.
Bows are vital to later missions especially, for a number of reasons. They are the only unit that does anything when not directly next to the road, meaning they do not have to compete with other units for their space. Also, once you get close to the end of a map, your chicken engine will likely create some space in the middle surrounded by a number of bonfires. Instead of putting more chicken in, put in an archer! 4x fire boosted archers hit like a truck.
Weapon upgrades are very important. Almost always damage before throw, but usually throw 1 before damage 2 (Throw gives rate of fire as well as range). The exception to the latter is when you NEED a solution to armoured dinos for 50 meat, since the flaming hammer bypasses their armour like a fire tower does. Do keep in mind that if you invest heavily into your weapon, it means it will be more difficult to do stuff like place chickens during a wave.
Speaking of, whenever possible, place a chicken (or use your meat in other ways) before the wave ends! You can only carry 99 meat, so anything above that goes to waste. If you sit near an empty space when the wave ends, you can pretty easily place a chicken or two, bonus points if it's into your chicken engine. Chickens are lossless purchases, too, you can sell them for 10 meat, not to mention the bonus 5 meat you get at the end of the round.
You can even place a bonfire during the period between earning your end of round meat and the next wave card. Doing so can let you cook chickens after earning the 10 meat needed to place the bonfire from them.
