Prison expert Larry Levine explains on Headline News how and Christopher Watts who brutally murdered his pregnant wife Shanann and two young daughters at their Denver area home was moved out of state by US Marshals for his own safety from the Colorado Department after being assaulted several inmates to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
Watts who is serving multiple life sentences was being housed at the Dodge Correctional Institution for classification and psychological testing prior to being designated to a permanent facility
