২৮ ধারা বাতিল?নতুন আইনের বিধিমালা পাশ?Article 28 canceled?Pass the rules of the new law? তামাদি আইনের ২৮ ধারা বাতিল হয়নি কারন ভূমি অপরাধ প্রতিরোধ ও প্রতিকার আইন ২০২৩ গেজেটের প্রথম পাতায় উল্লেখ করা আছে যে, এই আইন দ্বারা প্রচলিত আইনের কোন ধারা উপ ধারা বিধিকে রহিত করা হয়নি। নতুন আইনের বিধিমালা পাশ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত নতুন আইনের ৮ ধারা ফৌজদারী কার্যবিধির ১৪৫ ধারায় বিচার কার্য সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
