In this video, Tracy Marshall discusses his "last crossdressing outing," which occurred in 2018 (0:22). This video is the ninth and possibly final entry in his series about his history of wearing pantyhose and crossdressing (0:12). He explains that he made a New Year's resolution at the end of 2003 to quit full crossdressing (1:12-1:20), which he largely adhered to, with a few relapses (1:20-1:23).
He started wearing pantyhose again in 2012 for warmth while working as a mailman (1:28-1:45), inspired by a lady who told him they were warm under pants (1:48-2:05). He clarifies that when he refers to quitting "crossdressing," he means full crossdressing, including wigs, heels, women's shoes, dresses, and skirts, not just wearing pantyhose (3:04-3:18).
In the fall of 2018, he had a relapse, buying a brunette wig (3:47-3:51) and ordering pantyhose online (4:36-4:40) since his preferred brands were no longer available in stores (4:00-4:30). In December 2018, he had an urge to be fully cross-dressed and take a walk down his country road at night (6:38-7:40). He planned to walk about a mile and a half up the road and back, a three-mile round trip, for the thrill of being seen by passing cars (7:50-8:16).
