Sometimes I think that my poor old chair might silently hate me for those workouts while I keep coming up with more and more effective chair exercises.
These 10-minute full body training set with a chair wasn’t easy for both of us, but, guess, we are tough and experienced enough to get through it.
I continue publishing bodyweight workout videos without special equipment, because I truly believe that all these fancy goods from the sports shop aren’t essential if you just want to be in shape. On the contrary, we often use «if only I had a new dumbbell» or «if only there was a gym somewhere near» as an excuse for not doing exercises.
I’m not saying that fitness equipment is useless, it helps me stay motivated and curious spicing up my workout routine. But if I got locked in a room with bare walls and a steady chair I would still be able to do an effective muscle sculpting & calorie burning workout to tone up my body and even loose weight!
