Removing Ford Cab Mount Bolts using Induction Innovations - Mini-Ductor Venom HP Induction Heater

Using Induction Innovations - Mini-Ductor Venom HP Handheld Induction Heater made removing the cab bolts from this 2009 F250 a breeze. It took about a minute and half to heat the bolt to the point it was just starting glow probably could have gone with a little less heating time and still been able to get the bolt without an issue but the original factory bushings where toast and we didnt want to chance spinning the interior cage nut. We replaced the bushing using S&B Filters Body Mount Kit, job took us about 4 hours start to finish give or take some. Separating the old rusty cab mounts took the majority of the time but it could have been a lot worse if it wasn't for this helpful tool. Its a little on the pricey side but money well spent to avoid a lot of headache and the tool can be utilized in many different ways using other available attachments.
