Please make sure to warm up and stretch before doing any Acro dance technique.
*Work through as many variations as you would normally in class. Be sure to stretch Back, Neck, and Wrists, before and after attempting bridge variations.
This video is for all Acro levels. Video starts with beginning technique and then moves on to more advance skills.
Be sure to have a clear space before attempting any moves. Most bridge variations can be done inside as long as you can lay down flat in the area you are working in.
Be sure to practice your bridges once a week to maintain strength and remember bridges are one of the fundamental moves you need for Acro.
