Who? Me! Florian, nice to meet you. Husband, father of the girls, self-employed, inactive scuba instructor (you know, kids ...) who loves to grill. And eat :-). Buying a cheap a$$ smoker a few years started my BBQ adventure. I mean barbeque, not charring up meat over direct heat. I had been doing that for a long time *g*.
Where? I live close to Nuernberg in the southwest of Germany, originally I am from the very north of the country. This is where I live, work and cook.
Why? Why not? I used to be a journalist and since I've changed my career really miss creating content. It's fun and it keeps me from cooking the same stuff over and over again.
