I'm on a mission to teach people how to become the best homecook they can be. I believe cooking is a skill that we have all lost and that can lead to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Often times, when we are learning to cook or watching cooking, we are learning from "professional" chefs. People who have worked in restaurants and at the highest levels. And yet, we expect ourselves to replicate this in our day to day cooking at home.
My goal is to teach you simple, structured recipes and tips and tricks to make you a better home cook. I want you to take risk, to save money and to eat healthy all while learning and having fun in the kitchen.
