Pizza for breakfast. Not quite since that isn't the healthiest thing in the world. But this is pretty damn close! A Keto Friendly Pizza Frittata for breakfast is an easy way to start the day with loads of protein and healthy fats. Enjoy!

Keto Pizza Frittata Meal Prep
Ingredients
6 Large Eggs
1.5 Tbsp Yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
30g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 Pepperoni slices
Basil to finish
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat together eggs and yogurt until well combined and fluffy
3. Spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray
4. Fill muffin tin 1/3 of the way.
5. Place 5g cheese and 1 pepperoni on each frittata
6. Bake for 13-17 minutes until eggs are cooked and fluffy with a slight giggle to the pan.
7. Remove from heat and top with a piece of fresh torn basil.
8. Enjoy!
