My name is Austin Givens, and I am a professor living in South Korea since 2015. I am obsessed with Korean food and travel to every corner of South Korea to discover the very best food you can find. As a food researcher, I want to learn and appreciate as much as I can about the best food you can find across the world.

My main YouTube channel, "Eating What is Given 오스틴!", is focused on my Korean audience with Korean subtitles and more Korean language.
