The Mac Velo Chronicles, where life is not a rehearsal & real stuff happens! Day to day life on a converted farm steadings. A bit harsh to describe me this way, but probably accurate, I am a grumpy old Scotsman in the final work years before retirement. Working from home, maintaining a high technology house, looking after 2 Golden retrievers, enjoying cycling, Zwifting to keep fit, pretty much fills my time . Having honed the technique over 2 decades, my work life balance means plenty of non work activities intersperse with work. These 'stories' are captured and shared here. Things don't always go to plan, actually often I have to make the plan up as I go along but always I find a way or at least learn from failure. I was prompted by my oldest son to share my 'stories' as he is sure others can benefit from some of the solutions I have found along the way. The dogs are called Alba and Eireann, my preferred cycling is Audax (currently the oldest member of Audax Ecosse).
