Instead of some of my creative simple recipes, I will also share with you some "mom's home-cooked dishes" that I have eaten since I was a child. The experience of growing up as a multicultural child, my mom's home-cooked dishes will include: Hong Kong style, Taiwanese style or some simple Japanese tastes, fusion with tradition and my creativity among many different cuisine from worldwide.
