🍽️Recipe (ingredients) (Yield: 4 servings)
300g Pork Chop
100g All-purpose flour
60g Breadcumbs
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Tapioca Flour
Pork Marinade
===============================
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon White Pepper
Half a Cabbage (Shredded)
Pork Chop Sauce (ingredients)
===============================
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar (can be substituted with black vinegar)
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 tablespoon Sugar
📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. For fried foods, it is recommended to use cooking oil with a high smoke point, such as sunflower oil, brown rice oil, avocado oil, etc.
2. You are free to choose the part of meat you like. Different parts of pork have different textures and fat content, and they can all be delicious.
3. If the pork chop is thicker, you need to increase the frying time to ensure it is cooked.
4. When processing pork chops, first cut off the tendons and cut off the connection between the white fat layer and the pink meat layer. This will prevent the pork chops from rolling up during frying, and the meat will be softer and taste better.
