Zao holds a BA Degree in Chinese Traditional Medicine. Zao has almost 20 years experience of Chinese Traditional Medicine practice. Zao realizes practicing Yoga stimulates pressure points and meridians in the same way that acupressure does. The flow of internal energy is being boosted through Zao's yoga teaching.
