Everyone wants the skin shinning from within. One important thing is putting some really good fat into your meal and avoid all bad fat. According to cardiologist Dr. Stephen Sinatra, a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Medicine, omega-3s benefit every tissue in the body. Omega-3s are found in small amount in dark leafy greens and in more substantial quantities in flax seeds, hemp seeds, avocado, and coconut. The best way to get enough high quality omega-3s is eating some these whole raw food instead of taking pure oil (like olive oil, coconut oil or avocado oil.). In this video, I used some of these ingredients in my smoothie, and also I did some legs stretching while cooking. I just give an idea, you can do yoga and stretch everywhere and let the energy flowing through every tissue and every cell in your body and you will shine from within.
