Since starting the channel, I’ve completed multiple 10Ks, half marathons, and 50K ultras. Right now, I'm chasing a sub-20 minute 5K, followed by a trail ultra challenge later in the year.
The Test Run is about progress, not perfection; trying things out and experimenting with all that running has to offer, and having fun along the way.
