I enjoy sharing content that is educational, inspiring, empowering and entertaining. As a Physiotherapist, yoga therapist, clinician, educator, speaker and writer, I am dedicated to guiding people towards creating health, whatever that might mean for you. I also love learning as I share and teach and consider myself a lifelong student.
