Bhikkhu Dhammānanda
A channel by a Buddhist monk. In here I explore various topics on Buddhist Philosophy and meditation.
While most of the videos are talks, there are currently three animations (see Playlist “Videos with visual content”). Hopefully I will be able to add more in the future. For various of my writings (including my free book “Paramattha”), more talks and more animations, have a look at my website https://www.highermindart.info.
About the Dhamma talks: The talk “Basics of Buddhist Philosophy - The Vocabulary of
Insight”, outlines the basics of the Abhidhamma system. The talk “Paṭṭhāna- The grammar of Insight” builds up on this. Many of the other talks explore various Paṭṭhāna conditions. They all will roughly follow the same scheme of exploring the universality of the particular Paṭṭhāna condition in relation to the 4 Paramattha (universals) of Abhidhamma Philosophy. Which are, Matter, Mind, Consciousness, and Nibbāna.
I suggest turning on subtitles (cc) to better concentrate.
