Comiso Air Base

(ADMIN) COMISO AIR BASE / STATION (Nato Comiso base) is an official page of the former disused American born base, now belonging to the municipality of Comiso and no longer in the air force. It was created to enhance this place through projects, news, texts, research, historical archives of photos and videos. We hope that future redevelopment projects of the entire area will give life to this now abandoned place. All material shared on the page is public, many videos and photos date back to the 1980s until the closure of the military base in 1992. Nothing is secreted, as it was made public by the administrator of the page and by those who worked on it (including the military ) inside and can be shared with anyone for entertainment purposes, in the hope that it will give some small excitement and interest towards those who do not know this place.
