Breza-Grappling
My primary objective is to provide wrestling fundamentals and concepts for wrestlers and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu players. I have 35 years of grappling experience (wrestling, judo, and Jiu Jitsu) and have been coached by some of the best in the world. Several of my coaches were world champions and olympians. I was a Div 1 collegiate wrestler, and one of my collegiate coaches was head coach of the Greco world team and head coach of the Greco Olympic team. Everything I show on this channel is based of the fundamentals and concepts I learned as a competitor and as a coach.
