ReRenaissance – Forum for Early Music
Unmistakable in sound and spirit, this collective of musicians and musicologists has drawn a strong following by letting “music before 1600” shine with stylistic range and fresh momentum. Since 2020 ReRenaissance has emerged as a global leader in Renaissance music performance, with a special focus on the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. The team plans and performs dynamic new programmes each month in Basel, Switzerland, making it possible for audiences to hear long-lost instruments, melodies, poetry and compositions that are otherwise rarely or never performed.
Find us in Basel on the last Sunday of the month at 18:15 (check our website for the current schedule). Fans abroad can stay connected through our free email newsletter and social media channels.
