NEW CHANNEL! I’m so happy you’re here — I’m a certified 500hr RYT Yoga Teacher and FRC Mobility Specialist with a deep passion for spirituality, movement, and mindful living. I have originally started this as a way to stay connected with my best friend who moved away. I created videos for us so we could still practice together and when telling my students in Edinburgh about this, they asked if I could upload them on here :) so here we are! ✨
