Safwani
Simple strength. Built honestly. Tested to failure.
I build my physique using simple tools — bodyweight, leverage, and a tricep bar.
Most of my training is taken to technical failure.
Not to chase numbers — but to make sure every rep counts.
I focus on:
• Max-rep sets with strict standards
• Full range of motion and clean lockouts
• Consistent tempo until failure — no momentum, no shortcuts
• Simple movements done hard enough to work
I don’t believe you need complicated programming to get strong or muscular.
I believe you need honesty, effort, and the discipline to push a set until it’s actually finished.
If you want to train simply, test yourself properly, and build strength that carries over to real life — this is the place.
