Hi guys; my name is Khoan Vong. I am a professional Chinese chef with over 20 years of cooking experience. I entered Chinese cuisine industry in London China town. I worked there for a number of years in different restaurants; cooking authentic Chinese dishes; both in traditional and dim sum department. I left London in 2000 to work in the midlands and northern parts of the UK.
I set up my Chinese take away in Hull in 2002 and still run the shop till present day. I am very passionate about Chinese cooking and gain a wealth of experience and knowledge which I want to share with the world.
