But I learned how trauma, stress, and lifestyle patterns can rewire the nervous system and drive physical symptoms. My healing began with breathwork, faith, and lifestyle medicine—not just in a clinic. I wasn’t broken—I was bound in fear, tension, unprocessed emotion, and an unbalanced lifestyle. Now, I help others reconnect and reclaim their health through science-backed holistic tools. This channel offers guided breathwork, meditation, and mind-body tools for stress, chronic symptoms, and pelvic health.
