My mission is simple: provide tips, insight and encouragement so that anyone can build a body they feel proud of and a mind that is resilient. I'll break down the latest science and ensure it's applicable and accessible for everyone. Everything I teach will be accessible from home with minimal equipment - I want to maximize RoT (Return on Time) and working out at home is the best way to do this. That said, all of the principles will still apply to a gym setting if that's your preference. My business partner and I will also be launching a revolutionary all-in-one at home fitness trainer in Q4 2025. It has multiple patents and is portable so you can take it outside or to a friend's house (or anywhere) with ease.
