Teaching Alive
Teaching Alive is a project that provides on-line teaching videos and resources to promote different methods of learning through seeing, listening and doing. We use mnemonics and stories to generate pictures and actions throughout our videos to support learning and have some fun.
Whether you are learning from home yourself, a parent/carer looking for support or a teacher looking for new ideas, the videos below provide online teaching videos and links to resources. Home learning lessons are aimed at only the learning objective with differentiation provided through choice of video and activity choice. Class learning lessons are aimed at a group of learners with different abilities; differentiation is provided through examples, support and extension videos and activities.
Videos reflect different stages of learning and are available with video narration, audio narration and as PowerPoints (on request).
