Hello,
Welcome to a Teaching Alive short video (with audio only) taken from themed units aimed at learners aged 7-11. This is a video aimed at home learning with the teaching only aimed at the video title's focus.
Throughout our videos, we use pictures and suggest actions for teaching points so please join in with us to support learning and have some fun.
This is a Show It! video where we use manipulatives to help us in our learning. In this video we use number lines and a large piece of paper to add within 10 by counting on. If you don’t have any number lines, you can either draw the lines or use online digital manipulatives such as those on mathsbot.com.
