As former collegiate athletes we developed an interest in pushing the limits of health and human performance. With working experience in multiple division I strength and conditioning programs, personal training, physical education, and clinical health we have acquired an extensive body of knowledge regarding these topics and continue to look for more and more ways to apply it.
We created this channel to appeal to all spectrums of people interested in health and fitness, from the curious beginners to the competitive athletes. We plan to develop one of the most extensive yet practical libraries of exercises, as well as post tons of content regarding anatomy, physiology, performance training, general health and more!
