I was born in the province of Pampanga known for delicious cuisine. My recipes came from my inang (mother) and some are self-made or if my family and I eat at the restaurant and they like what they had. I recreate it and enhance it even more. Most of the times I just eye ball the measurements. Please do the same and trust your instincts when cooking. You will never go wrong.
