Hello and welcome to my channel! My name is Jenni Stone, I am a health and wellbeing expert with over 20 years experience.
I'm a trained reflexologist and yoga teacher and I also lead workshops and yoga teacher training. I'm also a mid-life mum of tween, self-confessed foodie and a keen but not always successful gardener!
I have lived and worked in North London for the last 30 years. My work experience includes practising in clinics, studios, charities, hospices and also in clients homes.
The main health issues I work with are stress and anxiety, women's health, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and supporting people through cancer.
If you’d like to work with me in person I offer reflexology and one to one yoga in north London.
Online I offer yoga classes, and yoga teacher training and mentoring.
