Ben Egli
My name is Ben Egli and I am a Pedro Sauer black belt and the head instructor of Wonderland Jiu Jitsu in Oregon. I am also a professional MMA fighter and a Level 2 CrossFit coach with a B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science. My Jiu Jitsu has been shaped by MMA since the beginning and I want to share my knowledge of BJJ moves that work on the mat, in the cage, and on the street. Stay safe and win the fight! #benorbreak
