I’m a former professional long-distance runner with over 18 years of experience. After a knee injury, I felt lost until yoga found me. At first, it was unbelievably challenging—mentally more than physically. Slowing down and staying still was harder than pushing limits, but that’s when yoga changed my life.
Now, after 4 years of practice, teacher trainings, and teaching experience, I’m here to share my journey. A few years ago, I had stiff muscles and no idea what yoga was. If I can inspire even one person to start, my heart will be full.
