I hit rock bottom at 29 years old. After 10 years stuck behind a desk in the corporate world I was overweight, burnt out, and barely recognised myself in the mirror.

It took 6 months, but after a lot of late nights I finally figured out where I was going wrong. 4 months later I was 21kg down! My confidence skyrocketed, and it finally felt like I got my edge back.
