Julia Galvin (Happysight)
This channel is devoted to videos about Bates Method natural eyesight improvement. I demonstrate exercises and techniques to help you improve your vision by relaxation and better mental focus.
I also talk about the theory behind Bates method, and how it relates to myopia, presbyopia, astigmatism, strabismus, light sensitivity, computer work, etc. There is a lot you can do to relieve eye strain, improve your focus, and get your eyes to work better together.
When you practice Bates Method, you get a wonderful sense of being in touch with the visual world. Colours appear brighter and you can get flashes of clear vision which you can increase with practice. Be kind to your eyes, stop straining them, and get 'happy sight'!
