As a C-IAYT certified trauma-informed yoga therapist, it is my sincerest hope that these practices will help you to become more of you, that they will show you how to love yourself unconditionally, how to be gentle with yourself and how to bring your authentic self into the world.
We use breathing practices, pranayama, as well as specific movements, asanas, and the philosophies of yoga to help us embody our own personal power, will, and agency.
