Ohana Pacific Health
Ohana Pacific is the largest post-acute care organization in the state, providing quality experiences to Hawaii's kupuna that places health and well-being at the forefront of the care management model. Founded on Oahu in1998, the company now includes ten health care entities that employ approximately 1,500 team members who serve the community with quality, continuous care including long-term care, rehabilitation services, memory care, home health services and adult day health programs. Day in and day out, our mission is to care for kupuna.
Our purpose is, "To do good things for people so that God can be glorified."
