Nicole Gordon is the CEO of Nikki's Cuisine LLC, a Belizean-inspired catering business that offers a range of delicious traditional and fusion meals and desserts. Her passion for cooking and baking started at a young age while watching her mother and grandmother cook in Belize. This early exposure to food and culture inspired her to create her own recipes and share them with others.
Through her YouTube channel, Nicole shares her family recipes and the ones she has created on her own. Her goal is to inspire and teach others how to cook and have fun with it. She firmly believes that anyone can learn to cook and create delicious meals with the right guidance and resources.
