Belizean Salbutes prepared in two different styles

Belizean Salbutes
2 lbs boneless thighs/breasts
Seasoning blend:
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp recado (optional)
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Sauce
1 6oz can tomato paste
2-3 cups water
Cabbage topping:
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 tbs cilantro
1/2 habanero/ scotch bonnet
1/2 lime
Salt to taste
Pickled steam onions:
1 large White/purple onion
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup sliced jalapeños (canned)
1/2 cup boiling water
Salt to taste
Additional ingredients:
6 boiled eggs chopped or mashed
Dutch cheese/ Parmesan cheese
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 cups Maseca corn flour (prepare according to package or use instructions in my panades video below.
